| Do you have a store location I can visit and shop in with my dog? Yes, we have a shop located at 1745 E. Edgewood Drive in The Lake Bentley Plaza, Lakeland, Florida 33803.
Your pet is welcome to come in and shop with you. We ask that you just abide by our 'House Rules'. Check out the 'House Rules' page for details.

| What is your exchange and return policy? It is our goal at The Doggie Bag to provide you with the highest quality of products and service, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your website purchase, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit. Store credits are valid for one year from the issue date and can be used for website or store purchases.
If you need to make an exchange, please do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in exchange, your credit card will be charged for that order. When returning your merchandise, please note on the packing receipt the reason for the return and what you would like in exchange for your merchandise . For your protection, we strongly suggest you send your return via UPS, Federal Express, or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.

It is important to measure your pet as accurately as possible (see How to Measure Your Dog). It is our store policy to issue store credits only. We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, has been used, or is not in its original condition. All toys, sale, personalized, custom and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

| What are your shipping methods? We ship all orders via UPS & FedEx. Normal delivery time of in-stock items is 3 to 7 days. If an item is drop-shipped directly from one of our suppliers, delivery may take longer. Upon delivery of your shipment a signature will be required. If you prefer your package to be left without a signature, you must indicate this in the special instructions for your order, otherwise an adult signature will be required. If you choose delivery without a signature, please understand that The Doggie Bag cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages delivered.

| Do you ship internationally? Most international orders are shipped via UPS. After your order is placed we will contact you with the shipping cost. Any custom charges assessed by each individual country will be the customers responsibility. Most orders outside the US arrive within two weeks, some orders may take additional time for delivery.

| What if my package can not be delivered? To provide you with quality service we ask you to be sure all address information and contact information is complete and correct. Also, please make sure someone is available to receive the package because a signature will be required unless you specifically request otherwise. In the event that an order is refused, returned or unclaimed by the customer because of customer refusal, customer absence, incorrect shipping information provided by customer, and/or customer negligence. we will contact you by phone and/or email if provided. If we do not receive a response the customer will be charged the shipping charges. If the customer requests the package to be re-shipped, the customer will be responsible for an additional re-shipping charge.

| Can I change or cancel my order? If your order has not yet been processed, you can change or cancel your order within 12 hours after placing your order.
